Regal Upholstery and Drapery Company Scams Customers and Does Shoddy Workmanship Las Vegas, Nevada

The Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas, Nevada recommended Regal Upholstery and Drapery Company. I trusted their recommendation and gave Robert O'Neill, the owner of this family run upholstery business $2,200 dollars to reupholster my sofa. After my sofa was reupholstered, my sofa was taken off of their delivery truck uncovered and delivered dirty, the velvet material used, the cushions filled with batting instead of goose down that I had paid for. The workmanship was shoddy and worse than anyone could possibly imagine. Robert O'Neill refused to stand behind his upholstery job and wouldn't return my money. I took him to small claims court in Henderson, Nevada and the Judge believed his lies, ignored the fact that Robert O'Neill didn't have a Henderson Business license, ignored the City Ordinance law that says you have to have a license and, dismissed my case. Unbelievable. This has been a very expensive lesson. I now have to come up with another $2,000 to reupholster my sofa. This time around, I will have everything in writing and hope that I get a professional upholstery job.
