Jeremy the store manager is not only stupid he is a verbally and violent with his customers. I will continue to try to contact his Regional Manger Mr. Miller and corporate office until he gets fired. He with held consumer information from me because I was 13 days late with my payment. I told him I had a loss of employment and that I wanted information about he insurance that includes a four month payout for my equipment. He completely refused to give me that information and when i went in in person, he slammed the booklet on the counter. He is rude and I have all the voicemails he left me on my cellphone. I will not stop until he is fired. I spoke with the insurance company and they said I qualify for the insurance to cover my equipement payments but the regional manager Mr. Miller has not returned my call or faxed in the claim. They took my money for insurance and now refuse to file a claim on my behalf.

Well let me tell you~I have an experience with Rent 1st as well. I am the office manager of a local business in Oklahoma City. Mike Orr is the store manager, of the location on Pennsylvania. This Mike Orr has called our office several times a day, for several days in a row. Mike Orr has been informed that the employee and rent 1st customer is not allowed to take personal phone calls at her place of employment. Mike continues to call and harass me (the office manager~I AM NOT A RENT 1ST CUSTOMER!) I have asked politely that he stop calling our office and contact his customer on their personal phone. I have been screamed at and physically threatened by Mike Orr. I started to pick up and hang up the phone when Rent 1st would come on our company caller ID. Mike Orr then started to call anonymous. Today again he called my office and threatened my with physical violence (I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF RENT 1ST~OUR EMPLOYEE IS~KEEP IN MIND!) When I called the store to request the district managers name and number I was hung up on. I did in fact get the # for Dave Miller (area supervisor) he was just as rude and nasty as Mike Orr. He also hung up me and did not want to listen to anything I had to say! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN! HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS? My next step is to file a police report for harassment!
