Rent2OwnConnect.com I wasted 9 months of my time, and $2000 hard earned dollars with the promise I would get a rent to own home. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Joshua Leventhal provides absolutely no proof that he is actually doing what he promises. He has no people skills whatsoever, as he takes his sweet time responding to your emails. He is slow to submit offers on your behalf, and sometimes he will just ignore you completely! I asked him for a refund. He said no. He says it's because "that's a recent policy change, and not in my contract".
????? Excuse me?
This guy lacks any form of customer satisfaction experience and has no business dealing with the public.
This so called "contract" is nothing more than an "agreement" and holds no legal stature.
And frankly, if he's so willing to supposedly give refunds of absolute satisfaction to his NEW clients, why then would he refuse the very same gesture to someone who has kept their faith in him for such an extended period of time???
Only a con artist does that. I have reported him to several authorities now including the Massachusetts Attorney General and I encourage any one else that feels they have been wronged to do the same. Here is the link: (copy & paste)

Josh took $8000 from me, the contract price and the downpayment on our house, which we never got, now he won't return my money, he says it is tied up, tied up where, his own pocket, paying his own bills?I am so pissed right now.Josh finally called me the other day, after countless messages that I left for him.He wants me to stop writing things on this site and others, I will when he returns my $8000.He basically threatened to come to my house and meet me face to face but never showed up, he told me I was acting crazy and thought I might do something phsical to him or have my sons and husband waiting for him when he got here.He would not be worth my time.He went on to call me a bitch, he said that more than once.I wouldn't have to be a bitch if he didn't screw me over.What kind of businessman would call his client a bitch?Nice way to do business, don't you think?Anyone even considering to go with his business, had better think again unless you want to lose your life savings to a guy who only cares about getting rich off your hard earned money
He says he has caled the cops on me, for what, I'm not the one making a living off of stealing!He also told me off for calling my local tv news investigators, oh well, I told him when he wouldn't give me my money back that I was going to do that, I guess he thought I was intimidated by him and wouldn't do it.If he didn't have something to hide, he wouldn't mind talking to him.I asked him what he did with my money and all he said was, "no comment" |
