After having my cell phone screen crack, I found this company on line who sold replacement parts for my phone. I ordered the piece I needed, only to find out a few minutes later it was the wrong part. I immediately contacted the company and was told it was too late the order was being processed and was ready for shipment. I then asked them to cancel the order it was not needed, then the company kept insisting it was too late the order was on it's way only after 30 minutes after ordering it. I then recieved notification several hours later that my order had shipped but that I should send it back for a full refund. Upon receiving the package I immediately shipped it back to the company and never opened it. Upon recieving the package back, I was only refunded a partial amount due to restocking fees and processing fees. I have supposedly talked to a "manager" via chat, (they do not offer phone support), and they said it is within their policies to never give a full refund. I think this is ridiculous that the order could not be canceled only a few moments after it was ordered. They are scamming people out of money for fraudulent fees, i.e. shipping and restocking fees. I have reported their poor business dealings to the FTC and hope all who try and do business with this crap outfit think twice before doing so!
