This company is a huge scam and ripoff. I will explain why, if you don't believe so go and give them your money for leads and I bet you will come right back to this page and post your own ripoff report. I am not their competitor nor do I care to spend my personal time reporting a company if I didn't know with 100% certainty that it is scamming people, especially taking advantage of small businesses, shame on you respond.com. So I sign up for this company and get no leads for a month, no problem, if I get no leads then I don't pay. Then, the last day of the month (this is key) I get 20 leads in one day! So they will charge you anywhere from $4.00 to $9.00 or more per lead, whether the lead is a false one or a true one. Now the first suspicious thing is the lead volume in one day, from 0 to 20? The second eyebrow raiser is the fact that this happened at the end of the month, as companies do inventory etc. and find out that they're not meeting quotas. That was strike 1 and strike 2. Strike 3: Turns out, ALL of these leads were a bust. Not one lead responded to my e-mail OR my calls. Out of 20 people who were supposedly interested in my services, and were supposedly only sent to 3 other vendors in my area? Not 1 person responded! I know what you may be thinking, Im a horrible salesman and my e-mails suck. No. That is not the case. Every other site that I am subscribed to gives me results, not every lead responds to me, but never had I contacted 20 people and not one responded and/or their phone was disconnected. This is the biggest scam in town, when the company is low on cash they will send out false leads to raise money. You will pay no matter if the lead is good or bad, with their system, you pay no matter what. Stay away from these people!
