RJ Stayton-Smith and his partner Richard D. Tatum have ripped me off for $46,500.00 in may 2010. They sold me a water company investment called Water Works USAfor$20,000.00and I paid for a van for same$26,500,00 which I was to be paid back for . They "generously" gave me 4% shares in the company and they did make the interest only for 6 months as required but when they renegged on the real $537.32 was to start there was no payment and no word so they are nearly 3 months in arrears with no word from RJ except threats to "pull the plug" becasue I had an attorney write a letter asking for financial data that I am entitled to . RJ is a scam artisit going from 1 scheme to another. His wifetook my money into their personal account so I am holding her accountable as well. I wish I had read this last spring when I was desperately trying to check these guys out before investing . I am outraged that the police and the local officials even the attorney general's office dont go after him like the common thief he is. He is hiding behind LLC and has created a scam for that as well. I was ready to retire and used my retirement $$ to do this as they told me it would be so great and the returns would bemuch better than my 401k.
