| this company is ripping people off and you cannot contact them i did not order from them anything at 69 .95 my wife orderd something at 5.95 and ticked a box for nothing else to be sent i checked my bank today and they have taken 69.95 out for nothing cannot contact them at all |

| Just had a call from my bank saying they'd halted a payment to RL Skincare for £69-95 this afternoon. I thought I was getting a sample for £6 and made sure I checked or unchecked all the other boxes available to avoid any further payments - but obviously not. The bank have been great and offered to cancel my card to stop them taking more. I said I would try to sort it first then get back to them, but the 08000124256 number that is on my statement from the trial price is not recognised. Any ideas on how to contact the scammers? |

I've tried all the contact numbers in all the above posts but they are all disconnected. Does anyone have a current number for RL Skincare?
I just managed to cancel my "subscription" with Hydroxatone but had to pay an additional $69.95 to do so even though my account was already debited only 3 weeks ago.
Now I need to stop RL Skincare from robbing me blind every month for a product I don't want.
I'm furious.

| Right, I called America - florida this afternoon, nice and early stateside (9am) and got through easily. I used the number - 0018773093491 and spoke to Lisa. She asked for confirmation details (address and email address) I explained that I could not recall placing the order and that I believed it was fraud and that I had contacted my banks fraud dept. The order was placed in July and 4 x 69.95 payments taken, as well as the initial 5.95 sample cost. I explained that I did not know how and that nothing had been received. Firstly she gave me a cancellation code as reference and then tracked the packages. Please note that after 30 days they do not keep delivery records so will have to refund and the other 2 packages were in transit and she could not clarify - therefore is refunding all 4 payments! We'll see, but the mention of the fraud dept and British Police seemed to do the trick as she kept saying that I needed to contact my bank and stop the fraud process. I told her that the morality of the company was in the gutter and what they do is legal but it doesn't make it right! Good luck people. |

| I called the 1-877-309-3491 Florida number and was able to cancel my account, which, I was told, would void this so called contract. The company's name is Radialab. Good luck to all of you |

| I will be going to my banks fraud department tommorrow to report them their phones are busy and they said that they will get back to me in 24 hours they have not and so I am taking them to the bank for my money. |

| I just called this number and for your information it is a charged number and not a free number as you would expect so beware I spoke to Vanessa who gave me a cancellation number followed by a confirmation email that I will march to the bank with if any money is taken from my account and she promised a refund within 30 days the money they charge is for the sample package this is fraud to the hilt good luck guys call them and get your money back or at least a cancellation to stop this white collar fraud 0018773093491 is the number to call its a number based in Florida call now before they change it again |

Also been caught by this scam. Noticed money been taken from my account today and rang bank who advised me of their number. I rang but only to get quoted their office hours (clearly American) so I will ring back later. It is the same telephone number you guys listed. Bank have said that I should contact them again in 30 days when they will raise a dispute on it. Say they cant so anything before as they must give them the opportunity to repay me. Bank have said they will refund me though on basis I have not received any further goods other than the sample I fist ordered. I think I am pretty shrewd on scams but din't see this one at all. British measures for this sort of think are clearly not good enough. Thanks guys for all your advice and help.

I also was taken in and only noticed when my account details showed it up. It's not just RLSkincare, but also LeanCleanse and LeanSlim that are doing the same. Will try to E-mail at [email protected]. Called various numbers, but no answers. Number given to Halifax - 08888043479 - is discontinued, numbers 08000124256 and 4263 only give office hours and 001877309491 is payable number with American message.

| been had!!!so annoying.paid 5.95 for trail product which never arrived.now £54.95 has been taken out of my account which i know nothing about.as i paid with direct debit card i am not well protected and my bank say theres nothing i can do about it!!!phoned 08000124256 line is dead.so frustrating!!! |
