I called to express concern about the poor quality of the merchandise and I was told that I should not have bought the product. I am the end user and I called the manufacturer Rome and Juliet Couture to complain about the poor quality of the sweater and they could not even stand by their brand or company mission. The girl that took my call at LA office was rude, kept interrupting me and dismissed my call saying that if the product was good enough for Burlington it should be good enough for me. She told me that the clothes are made in China and they never get to inspect them because the clothes are sent directly from China to the retailer. I asked her what recourse I have as the end user and she said to bad there's nothing that can be done and they don't have anyone who can take my comment. That is the height of rudeness and I will never EVER buy product made by this company ever again!
