Ronny Spears Crystal Hope Spear Did not fix Refrigerator never returned calls. Lexington, North Carolina

I hired Ronny Spear to fix our refrigerator. While he claimed to have installed a knew motor that was supposedly responsible for the ice melting and freezing. While he brought along his wife, Crystal without notification, he made no effort to have installed a motor of any identifiable kind. Worst of all, at the last minute they tell me that they didn't take credit cards. To add insult to injury, Ronny returns a call three days after I called him back to fix my refridgerator again but doesn't show up. I later find Crystal on Facebook and myspace. Their business, serviceXperts, does not exist. Crystal stupidly posted her phone number on her myspace page too. So if you've been ripped off, feel free to call her and ask for your money back:

They are scamming people all over the triad. I was a victim too. Website ncappliancerepair...beware. They have many aliases per the BBB website.
