Rosen and Loeb Att.at Law Ripoff Payment Plan encino, California

First off Rosen & Loeb sued me on behave of a credit card company. Due to the fact that I couldn't pay my debt,do to the fact that I lost my job,which is seasonal. To make a long story short, they took me to court, set up a payment plan. But the catch is the interest is higher than the payment. Yes I made the payment low so I could handle it $45.00 a month.
But the interest is $100.00 a month. So needless to say I will never pay this off. But the thing that has me steamed even more is the fact that they have a disrespectful bitch of a little girl I wont even call her a woman, because of how she acts. She acts like I personally owe her the money. She screams at me, raises her voice for no reason, if I ask her a question. Then hangs up the phone on me.
So could someone tell me how to handle this situation? I don't have this B h's name but I will have it next time.
