I deposited two times with Rushmoore Capitol, had previously withdrawn and been verified. They refused my third deposit twice and would not even give a courtesy bonus until such time as my deposit would clear. So if you want to gamble, don't go there. They acted like I was crazy to be mad, after all just deposited a couple hundred dollars and they would not even give me a bonus to keep playing, even though I was already a registered player. Consiquently I did get upset and there solution was to black ball me. I called several times to reach a manager and was hung up on.
I am now restricted from there casino, all for trying to deposit more money which I had and being declined because I was new, but I was not.

Won $700 and it is now going on 30 days that I still do not have my money. I call, email, do online support, and keep getting run around. I heard they were going bankrupt. DO NOT PLAY ON RUSHMORE SITE. You will never get your money!!!

It is now going on 60 days and still have not received my withdrawal of $750.00 from Rushmore Casino. They do not answer emails nor do they provide any assistance via the chat. They claim to process a person’s withdrawal request in 2-3 business days if they are a verified player, what they don't tell you is where it gets processed to. It must be in the pocket of one of the employees or one of the owners pockets because it sure does not go to the person that won it. Rushmore online casino has got to be one of the worst online casinos that there is. They are rude and belittling in their manners towards their customers every chance they get. If you come across one that isn't don't worry you will never get to speak with them again. They must fire anyone that shows professionalism on the job. They have straight up lied to me about sending me a update on the status of my withdrawal. The only email you get is the confirmation email when you deposit money into the casino. Nothing comes back out. It is like deposit only.
