Liars, Scammers, Coming up with unknown payments

I have credit with Safco and I am financing my car through them, They go up on the price every day and give payment due that are not correct with what I have already paid. If I paid 399.00 for a bill that was 353.00 They charge me again and come up with charges that I have no idea where they have come from. On Nov 7th 2011 I called them and said that I do not understand these and can I speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep tried every way to get me to not speak to the super and when I persisted I came on the phone with a supervisor who told me that my total as of today is 52.46 and that it will increase $0.25 a day and that was what it was now which means that they will come up with some random number. Well the reason why I am bringing this up is because last week I got a letter in the mail for around $62.30? and when I complained I got a new letter with a total of $52.46 What supposedly happened to that $9.84? I am about to be done paying off with my car and it seems they want to take it away from me!
