I insisted that it was not my connection
rather it was their product that was damaged. I told them that I want to have a
replacement since it was barely a day since I purchased it. The management was
not supposed to have it replaced until I told them that I will be pursuing
legal assistance if they will be hard on me. Having heard that I will be suing
them they finally agree to give me a replacement of their defective product.
