safe tec security services llc Installer screws up installation then company promises a refund and doesn't deliver on promise scottsdale, Arizona

After Safe Tec Security Services LLC installed our new alarm system we had problems from the get go! after calling them they informed us there insallation tec screwed up and they would send anouther tec to fix the problem with the install, and seems how we could not use our security system for the first month of service they would refund our first payment that was paid, well it has now been 4 months and no refund! even filed a complaint with the BBB and they replied that they sent it out weeks ago but the check was not cashed! "Yeah Because we Never Recived It" So they would re issue a check and get it in the mail! well guess what? No Check yet!!!! And it's now been another month, watch out for these scam, they lie! you can't call the office and talk to a persone , they won't call you back when you leave a message, you can't even come out to repair there systems! plus they do not inform you that you need a permit from the city of Phoenix to use an alarm system in your own home and you need to pay the city every year for the permit, found this out when we had a false alarm from there sh*tty system! great sellers sh*tty services!!!!!!
