Samsung Electronics America refuse to honor 2 pair free 3D glasses Ridgefield Park, New Jersey

Below is email sent since then 10 more emails and 8 more phone calls still no rersponse fromn Samsung or Amazon..I nee your help............................. Dear Mr. John Revie (VP Home Entertainement Samsung Eelctronics America), ON April 18th you/Samsung announced that as of 4-24-11 forward ALL customers who purchase ANY Samsung 3D TV WILL receive 2 pair of 3D glasses at NO CHARGE. And as of 5-1-11 extra pairs of 3D glasses are reduced to $50.00 a pair down from $129.00 a pair. It is all over the internet and I can provide all the links to this your/Samsung announcement. I am writing because between you/Samsung and Amazon.Com I have spent hours on the phone making over 10 phone calls trying to get justice and fairness done. On 4-27-11 because of the free 3D glasses added to a 3D TV purchase I ordered a Samsung 3D TV UN46D7000LF ($1825.00) also a Samsung Blu Ray BD D6700 ($239.00) from Amazon.com (YOUR authorized dealer). The 3D TV arrived at my home on 5-4-11 and the Blu Ray on 5-3-11. (I have all receipts, delivery paper work to support this) I called Amazon on on 4-29-11 to ask would the 3D glasses be in the box with the TYV or sdid I need a voucher to obtain them. Their answer was they wer NOT providng any 3D glasses and told me it was an issue between myself and Samsung to call Samsung to get the glasses. I called Samsung (1-800-726-7864)and after much explanation was told to call the Rebate Center (1-800-635-8478) that they would handle getting me my glasses. I spoke with Dawn who was nice, but said she was not aware of any free glasses announcement by Samsung and would have to research it and that I should call back today Friday 5-6-11. I then called Samsung again and informed them that the Rebate Center knew nothing of the 3D glasses and what was going on at Samsung? I was told by Helena (tech support 1-800-726-7864) in no uncertain terms that it was not Samsungs responsibility, but mine to contact Amazon dot com and tell them to provide me the 3D glasses. She also said I may want to TRY and speak with Dealer Support at Samsung. I then called Amazon and was told that they had not been notified nor authorized by Samsung to provide the free 3D inspite of the announcement that as of 4-24-11 the glasses would be provided for free on my purchase. They told me to call Samsung back and complain. I have been a ping pong ball being bounced between Samsung and Amazon, while each of you blames the other, I as a customer have endured this abuse, unprofessional and uncaring treatment. I, as you can see by my account status am a loyal Samsung Customer owning 5 Samsung electronics devices. I have another item to order still the Samsung sound bar HW D550. I dont want to make this issue a national issue (consumers affairs div in Florida, Ripoff report.com, etc.., nor involve council that may expose all of this and generate a class action Tort (if there are other customers like me?) All I want is my 2 Pair of Samsung 3D glasses that is due to me as a customer of Samsung and Amazon. I dont want to have to track down, pursue and iron out the communication problems that seem to exist between Samsung and Amazon, 2 retail giants and I am jumping through hoops for you both of you. I am 63 yr old disabled Vietnam era vet and I am worn out from all this aggravation and stress. Please do the right thing and help me. Sincerely, XXXXX XXXXXXXX
