Scammed by RipOff Report

Recently RipOff Report published a inaccurate and false report allowing assumptions and speculations to be publicized unjustly associating FitWall with another company that it has no association or interest in with a cleverly designed system to extort large sums of money from the FitWall product and other companies and individuals to remove or arbitrate the report to protect the reputation it has just tried to damage with its report.

It blatantly disregarded its own published guidelines and policy regarding the publishing of a report, which were obviously a front to let the public believe they are a legitimate source of information for the public. They did nothing and contacted any one to verify any of the accuracy of the complaint filed and has surely made this a practice forcing other victims of its reports to believe they must pay large sums of money to them and/or their affiliates to have it removed or arbitrated for a public spectacle.

When requested to remove the false report, they made no attempt to contact the company, but let the revenue generating machine start in action having companies calling and soliciting to help get it removed and repair the damage at a high cost.

Everyone must beware of the RipOff Report and read it as they would a rag magazine with fiction and rumors as its only product to offer, but do understand the difference is they have devised theirs to victimized real people that really do value their hard earned reputation and everyone associated with them.

Going against its own published policy obviously not intended to be enforced and accounted for, has opened the door for a class action suit that may be pursued if not remedied immediately.

It appears to be a great public source, but is actually and automated bulletin board for anyone to attack anyone with out real cause or legal justification, and blindly prints whatever is submitted in hopes to generate revenues pretending to be the hero that will fix everything.

Beware of any such publication and truly understand what it represents in the back ground before allowing it to influence your decision to do business with another individual or company.

FitWall will not stand for it, and neither should you. Everything we say is honestly what what we believe to be true and our opinion, and we are not trying to represent it as anything else, unlike the RipOff Report.
