Scott Olson wrote a bad check to obtain rental of my house. He has not paid any money and continues to reside in the property without paying rent.

Scott Olson has a history of scamming people out of money. He is a good talker, says the right things, and knows how to get people to trust him. He stays just small enough and mobile enough that the authorities can't quite justify the resources to get him.

Stay away from Scott Olson.

Who is Scott Olson? I have been scammed by David Stevenson, the VP of Appraisal Alliance llc. Contact info below. They charged us appraisers $18.18 a year for a background check, then I never received or heard from them again. I hope to receive some appraisal business, then next year comes and another $18 charge. I have email and called all the numbers I have and no answer. Now the phone message says this number has been diconnected. This company is a scam. Big deal, only $18 bucks right, but I don't agree of being taken advantage of. He took $150 dollars from me as a deposit for a sofa. He skipped town and I never got my money. He has changed the phone number that he gave me since he took my money. It belongs to a different person now. Good luck people, I have learned my lesson people. There are shitty people out there with no morals.
