| Value Plus has so far made two charges to our VISA account for no reason. I've disputed them with VISA, as I've already read that they are impossible to contact. |

| Today I noticed a $24.95 charge on my bank statement from SEM Valu Plus. I have no idea who or what this is and I do not know how to cancel it or get a refund. Please help, as I see from other reports that this could be on my statement every month. |

| I just got the same charge on my account... I called 800-475 1942 the lady that picked up knew my name and cancelled the account right away... I still do not know how they got my info and the services they provide.. |

| I just discovered that this" SEM* value plus" has been charging my Visa 24.95 per month since March 2011. Thought they were somebody else. Don't know how they got to my account either. |

| I just discovered that this same company has been charging my Master Card since February 2011 24.95. I have called my card company to make sure they can't charge on it again. The thing I don't know is how they got my wife's card number to do this. |

| I to called the 800-475-1942 to find out what the $24.95 charge on my bank statement was! I ordered the Gene bra from TV and of course they offer you soooo many specials, they said when you receive the mdse. just call and cancel the other promotion or you will be charged every month. I called to cancel and was told it was cancelled, apperently it was not so another $24.95 was getting ready to come off my account. Found this site, saw the 800# called and they cancelled charge & refunded. Never again order anything from infomercials!!! |

In February of 2011 my 80 year old father ordered a Paint Zoom spray paint system from an infomercial. In March a charge of $24.95 from Sem Value Plus (800-475-1942) was charged to his MC. He did not realize this was not a legitimate charge until his July statement arrived. He has been charged every month since March the same $24.95 charge for nothing. After seeing the charges and checking on the internet I found that these were fraudulent charges and he called the bank and cancelled his card and made a fraud complaint with MC. He received word back from the bank today that there is nothing that they can do to refund the charges since he paid the initial charges without complaint. I asked him if he added anything to the order when he ordered the Paint Zoom and he said he did get an add on of three extra paint drums. This is where I think they scammed him for the extra "Value". At any rate this is a very valuable lesson to him and to anyone else. BE VERY CAREFUL when you do business by phone and agree to extra offers. I don't have any hope that the money he paid from March to July will be refunded. However from now on I told him that if there is something he sees on TV that he wants to order let me order it for him through the internet. If I can't find a physical address on a company I will not order a product. I also NEVER order anything that requires me to cancel it within a certain time frame or be charged a recurring charge.

| My grandfather is 89 years old. We just found out that he has been charged $24.95 at least since 11/8/2010 automatically every month from his checking account. It could have been even longer. I found this website and I am disappointed to find out that there is nothing he can do to get his money back. It also looks like the company changed it's name because without a break from 6/6/2011 to 7/7/2011 the name was changed from SEM Value Plus to WC Mon Value PlusTom Cavalli and they continued to take the same amount of $24.95. I am calling the bank tomorrow and will try to get this stopped by calling these 800 numbers. It is sad to think that there are people in this world such as these rip-off artist taking money from anyone they can find. |
