Sentrylink misrepresented their service Greenbelt, Maryland

This company claims to provide background checks on individuals. On their website, they give a beautiful example of the report they provide. Well, believe me, that is a joke. I entered the information on the person that I wanted information on, including their Social Security number. The only thing that I received was a list of about 200 individuals' names that matched the name that I entered, but none of these was the person that I was looking for. No other information was provided. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that I needed to enter a DOB to narrow down my serch. I told them that I would have entered that information the first time if I had it to begin with. Their site did not indicate that this information was mandatory to get a result. You would think that a Social Security number would narrow the search down to just one person, unless someone is using it frauduantly. After the first contact with customer service, where they basicly told me, "too bad, so sad," I e-mailed them back and they just ignored me. I will be sure to let everyone know that this company is a fraud!

well i got a blank report...no nothing////just said NO RECORD~ so what did i just pay for?
