Wants me to pay off loan again

SGQ LTD is a payday loan company that is just like a Loan Shark...I was at my ropes end I contacted them and the gave me a loan of a small amount of money. I paid them evey two weeks for 7 months which paid off the loan 8.5 times. I called and left messages after messages and they only called me back 1 time. I said the loan was paid off. I have never received a Paid in full from them and NOW I have a agency called reliable credit hounding me to pay off the loan again. No matter what I have said they don't believe me and have gone into my credit history and I can not get them to leave me alone. I do not think I should have to pay the amount again and again....

I called them too. They called me back once. I've left several messages since the but no response. Is there an address for this company?
