Shelly Risinger and Alex advertise the sale of Barn/Garage/Storage Bldg, also insulation, trusses and silo's. These items do not belong to them. I was sold items from chickens houses that do not belong to these people. A contact was signed and a delivery date agreed upon. I had customers waiting on delivery. We agreed upon 50% down and remaining upon delivery. I paid in cash 60% down and agreement the items were to be delivered by the following Saturday. 10 days after the agreed delivery day Alex agreed to reimburse my deposit and additional $100.00 but never received the $100.00 for the problems. I spoke with the owner of the property and he stated the chicken houses and materials Alex and Shelly had sold were not there but his. I had spoke with another person that bought materials at with a 50% down payment. This person had driven of 3 1/2 hours to pick up the materials. Materials were damaged and not taken apart correctly. I had driven to the location twice myself at over 3 hours each way (Pittsburg, TX). I was told Shelly had been taken to Parkland hospital for surgery and was in ICU. I was told several liars and Alex in which he is a very poor story teller. They also use a cell listed out of Mt. Pleasant, TX. I called Shelly numbers 903-853-0526 and guess answered, she was not in the hospital. This was after I called Parkland and checked the patient listing three different times, Shelly had not been there. Another number used is 903-853-0526.
