Singsnap/eatsleepmusic owner Trevor McGuire and 3 others have been sued in a Pennsylvania Federal Court on August 25, 2011.

Shanda Lancaster Maddox, Catherine Loudon and Lawrence Dickerson are parties included as defendants along with John Doe #1 and John Doe's 2 through 100.

Plaintiff's in the suit are Diane Patchen and Robert J. Smik.
