SoCal Print Shop Jaysin Designz Took full payment and refused to ship order until more was paid! Internet

Contacted this company online to order business cards at a price of 1000 for $50. Paid $25 up front and the final $25 when the order was ready to ship. When paying through Google Checkout (their required method of payment), it asks for the shipping address which I provided. They ignored this information and wrongly assumed the shipping address was the same that was printed on the business cards. As soon as I was notified by UPS of the shipment through e-mail, I contacted the company and told them they had sent it to the wrong address. I was told they weren't responsible for that and would change the address once it was returned. They did change the address, and had the correct address, however UPS returned it to them saying the apartment number was incorrect. He emailed me the address I gave him, it was correct and we get UPS here all the time. He refused to send the order back out until I paid him another $20. I emailed several times and was told it was my fault, not theirs, and the order would sit there until I paid the more money. I asked for a refund of my original purchase price, to which he refused. I have since disputed the charges with my bank, so I'm not out anything at the end of the day. I have since found out this company is "F" rated with the BBB in San Diego, so clearly this isn't the first time they've ripped off customers.
