This company took 25k from us for a wind turbine system then did not deliver. Since February 2011 we have been trying to work with Crystal Phelps the claimed owner of this business. We have gotten no customer service, just stall tactics and baseless information in an effort to drag on the issue. She will not return calls, will not return emails. We have requested a refund with no response. This company has no business license, they claim to have appropriate contractors licenses for solar installs on bio in twitter, but they don't, last contractors license expired in 2005. No insurance of record, no record of ficticious business statement. Any information quoted or stated by this company should be viewed as suspect and probably false in nature including experience and education. Meanwhile, Crystal Phelps (AKA Crystal Ayers, Crystal Guiterrez, Crystal D Ayers, Crystal P Phelps) is all over twitter under name of Solar Diva. Tempted to do business with this woman? Don't do it. Has many Better Business complaints, search BBB in Northern colorado/Wyoming office. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK Huge disappointment, waste of time, disaster for our construction project causing many problems for many contractors as our job is now on hold, we are paying interest on loans and cannot proceed. Disatrous, unprofessional, uncaring of impact on others due to her lack of interest or desire to perform after she has your money in her account.
