tim kelley at south bay property management and sales aka south bay real estate group was the new manager for my property in redondo beach. after 3 months of not receiving my profits for the rent he collected, he withheld all the funds and disappeared. my associates and i have spent lots of money, time, and numerous attempts to locate tim cullen kelley and his wife at south bay property management but they have disappeared. i found that he was managing another property and i contacted the owner only to find that he had done the same to them, except they had not heard from him in a month. tim kelley is a fraud and south bay property management is a scam- they stole from me and another property owner and should go to jail!!

This is so FAKE. He manages 4 properties for me and still has an office in Torrance. I spoke to him just today is available anytime to speak with him. This is apparently coming from the website RIP off which is under investigation for EXTORTION.
Do not believe anything you see on the internet. Do the research yourself.
South Bay is a great company Tim is a great manager.
