As a disabled American Veteran, I need to report that it appears this company scans the airwaves for automotive accidents and offers their services to those involved. Because somehow I perceived problems, I returned 3 days later to try to get my car back but even though they had not done any body repair work, they wanted to charge me for 4 days' of storage and for removing a door so the insurance adjuster could do the estimate. ***EVERY TIME I go there, I meet other consumers who have been wronged by this company and that is why I find it necessary to go public. In my case the accident occurred on February 18, 2011, the insurance company granted them 10 days to do the job. Today is March 16, 2011 and the car is still not ready. ALMOST A MONTH! If my car is not finished by tomorrow as promised, I too will need to return the rental I met a consumer that had been fired from his job after 6 months because he could no longer afford a rental and this company had not fixed and returned his car. On several other visits I heard consumers asking for their money, whatever that meant.
