While I was playing a $.50 cent machine, you locked in what you spun, I hit a Double, Red 7, Red 7 worth 1000 coins, I reached over and locked it in. I hit the button again realizing my credits did not come on my machine. I notified Management they rolled the machine back, saw where I hit the Jackpot.... They stated I did not lock in therefore even because it was error, they would not pay me. I have been a Guest at this Property for 3 years, the General Manager told me That if he paid everyone that intended to lock in jackpot, and the machine did not accept, THEY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. They refused to pay me. After I filed complaint with Gaming COmmission to look into this. I recieved a call from the Marketing Director telling me "If I was so unhappy with them, I should consider, excluding myself from the property..... This is on the heels of my complaint, after three years of PLAY, and me SPending $85000.00 of my money, They no longer want my business. Beware if you WIN, you May Or Maynot BE PAID..
I had no recourse other than legal, and for mysake I video on my phone the entire ordeal.
SO while you think Southland Gaming and Racing are being Fair
