About a year ago, this company who promised to prepare a proposal and present it to different sponsors to fix up my 1975 Mercury Cougar contacted me. I sent them a check for $200 and started waiting for a proposal. I called them several times and did not get a response. Three weeks later, I wrote a letter to them and cancelled the service and demanded a refund. They told me that they did not get the letter. I wrote another on day 27 and mailed to them. I had met my terms of the contract and cancelled within the first 30 days to get a full refund. They stopped picking up my phone They finally picked up the phone once and told me that they are working on the refund. A few weeks later I contacted them again and told them that I had not gotten it yet. They said they had sent me a check and will track it. Nothing again for weeks. I called them again and they said they wanted another chance to work with me and will make everything right. I said fine. Several weeks went by again. No contract, no sponsors, no phone calls, no emails. Every time I call, it goes to the answering machine. I leave a message and no one returns the calls. A few times a guy named Patrick has picked up the phone and told me that he is on the other line and will call me right back. That never happens. He has promised me a full refund and a resolution to this problem by the end of the day, which never happens. Itâ€™s been almost a year. I am out my money and time.
