sprint transfomer down for months that is your problem Internet

My name is Calvonne Curry-Spaulding and I have been a Sprint customer since 2005 and my husband Rick Spaulding, have been a customer for approximately eight years. We have enjoyed the benefits of our cell phone plan until recently. In March of 2011, we had several severe storms in Louisville, KY, and our cell phone service has not been the same. My husband and I have called repeatedly to inquire about the poor signal and consistently dropped calls. Each time and every time, and I mean every time we've called we were told a tower was down and needs repairing. At one time I requested that a supervisor call me to give me an update regarding the tower and its possible repair date. When the repair date arrived, a new date was given. I know those calls are documented AND recorded and an actual repair was NEVER provided. There were two months we were given partial credit for our inconvenience. However, we can never use our phones as they are designed! We must keep a home phone because we can not depend on our cell phones to provide telephone service. Please don't tell us that it is our cell phones. There are four phones involved with different brands. It can't be all of our phones! It is clearly our service! However, we have reached our breaking point today. My husband spoke to a Sprint representative to discuss terminating his account because they are not able to provide adequate telephone service. The Sprint reps played games, such as transferring my husband's call to a phone technician, which my husband clearly stated that it wasn't his phone. Another rep hung up on him after my husband explained the situation. When my husband called back, he spoke to a supervisor and was basically told that people have problems with cell phones. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We are expected to pay monthly for talk time, text, and internet service, but can't find a signal that will hold to save our lives. We are thoroughly disappointed in how we have been treated as long term customers and feel as if our hands are being forced to find another cell phone service.
