They don't process the monthly payment on time, then they charge you a late fee. They make threatening calls and demand payment in full including new purchases that they haven't billed for, with the promise that once the payment is made they will credit the late fees to the account. They lie about the refund and they refute on the promises. |

Ive had them for 5 years.They are called deetto now but they were under a different name a few years ago. I pay the ballance off in full every month because its a business acct & our business is very lucrative. Were in Self Storage & times are always good for storage but since the recession the storage business has actually gotten better. But once in a while usually once a year I get a late charge. Once I didnt get the bill and the other times I guess the mail held it up.But I come to find they are on a 20 day cycle. Instead of billing once a month. if I was 2 days late they would call out the nazzis on me & they would call & say you can pay it with another credit card.I told them I just work here Im not going to pay with my own credit card. The check is in transit just wait a few days.But they would call every day to annoy me until they got it. So I went on vacation in aug & when i got back it was the same story the nazzis called me so I told them I would pay then cancell she said by the time we get it more will be owed in the way of daily fees.so i had to pay like 25 dollars more than I owed so when I cancelled they could just send me a check for the diff. But it wasnt that easy .I waited a week for them to get my check then I cancelled the card then I asked for the credit refund.No I had to wait 48hr then call back to request credit refund. I called back in 48hrs she said no you have to wait a week then call back. I flipped out so Im documenting everything now.of course I asked will the credit be diminished because more time is going by she said yes. This is just one of their many scams. Dont do business with this company they are crooked. What ever happened to when i cancell the card the company sends back the credit automatically?If I didnt request it they would keep it. The funny thing is its like 25 bucks but its the principal of the thing I wont let them get that money because its not theirs. And these fees are only a few dollars but they do this game with 1000s of customers & they can rack up 10s of thousands of dollars a year.Crooked I tell you crooked!!! |

I own a small business in Alaska. I never even started a card with Deetto or SST or whatever they are calling themselves now. I started a card First Equity card and was quite happy with their services and ease of access to their payment options. Apparently they went out of business and sold all their accounts to Deetto/SST with no notice to the customer until after it was done. I'm really wondering if I owe these people anything, I never signed anything with them. I wish I had never used their card, I was young and nieve. I have had the worst customer service ever, they have made it impossible to pay my bill unless I send a check or they call me. It's 2011, that just doesn't make sense. All other major cards can be paid online. Another way to get you for late payments, make you send a check from Alaska. Slick. Their customer service turned off my card immediately after I paid over 90% of the balance and is refusing to turn it back on but still calls for the payments and threatens to continue calling just to make sure I'm scared into continuing to pay...horrible customer service. I just handed them $1000 and apparently, according to them, am refusing to pay my bill. I have no problem paying what I owe, I have a huge problem with them screwing me over and taking away $1000 worth of credit for no reason. Small businesses depend on that revolving credit and what manager is their right mind would turn off a paying customer's card, especially a small business, without even providing notice. I tried to speak to them today, they sound like pre-recorded machines. They have no class, no customer service skills at all...but you have to hand it to them...they have got rude down pat. |

I have a DEETTO card which used to be sst and I forgot what it was before then.I use to pay on line now u cant even get them online.The telephone number call tell you what to do.they give you a po box.but you cant talk to anyone in person.do I need to get me a lawyer? |

we all have to get together and bit sst cards out of business as soon as posibble so they wount make any more harm to inocent people like all of us ALL NE CUSTOMER GET RID OF ALL THE CREDIT CARDS WITH THE NAMADEEabusers AND REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THEY WILL BE OUT FOR GOOD AND WITH a big summone by the authorities all they their new card name ia DETTO/are doing is committing fraud with all of us |

I've come to find out they often charge late fees when they have already received and cashed the checks. It appears like they don't credit the account until the check clears which obviously is not legal. theese guys need to get hit with a class action suit. Anyone willing count me in. |
