We started with Star Rebates in August of 2010 with monthly gift cards. We were to send in monthy grocery receipts for 18 months, receiving $300 dollars $20 at a time. Faithfully I have sent in 11 mailings and only got one $20 gift card. Rebates could be in gift card or credited to a current credit card. Gift cards are to be issued within 30 days and soon as processed if credited to credit card. After checking why we were not receiving our rebates, I was told to keep sending them in and they were just behind. We thought it would speed things up if we didn't ask for a gift card and had the money credited. They now have my credit card number and owe me $280 in rebates. This all started with 90 minute presintation and offered a free vacation trip. We never got the trip either because they had all kinds of excuses like could not book airline, Choose another date, blah, blah blah. One thing that was so bothersome is there was a phone number on any of their mailings. We were told to only contact them my mail or email. Most businesses have a phone number and customer service.
