I placed my order with Steph's Bags April 19th, 2011 and received a confirmation they'd be deliverd within 2-3 days. It's now May 9th and after many phone calls (that went unanswered) and many emails, I have yet to get my bags. Unfortunately I trusted this site to produce what they led me to belive. That's not the case! This site is a complete ripoff!
I have decided to file a complaint against Steph's Bags via BBB, along with many other people that have been ripped off by this company. Hopefully Steph's Bags will make this right and reimburse me the total amount. It sucks sitting here with a custom set of boards that I worked hard on and not have any bags for them.

I ordered from that Ho on July 4, 2011, and here it is July 23rd, nothing, no order, no emails, nothing.

Yup, same here...placed an order with 2 day shipping, got an email saying they shipped and its been 10 days and nothing. All emails and calls go ignored. I did get a response from Steph eventually, try this to reach here.

Email steph but cc [email protected] on your email. Stephanies real last name is criggall and stephs bags shares the same physical address as pro nutech, which is owned by james criggall, not sure how they are related. She replied immediately asking me to not reach out to him again.
