I had paid this company on a monthly basis for handling the administrative part of loan modifications and for holding consumer's money. When I requested the money that the consumer had paid and that the company owed to me under the agreement, the company's Vice President emailed me: "unfortunately there is
just nothing we can do. ...... I know this is not your problem, but
the reality is that SLM has lost tens of thousands of dollars and has no funds
to pay out. I truly do apologize but that is the reality of the
situation."
Hopefully they will do the right thing before my attorney obtains a personal court judgment against the owners and their other companies. They totally ripped me and two other consumers off after I trusted them and are attempting to hide behind LLC protections. So I am having to sue them to get them to perform under the agreement. STAY AWAY unless you want to get ripped off by people with no ethics. Will keep this updated.
