stompeez ripoff, unreliable, impossible to reach them Internet

I order a pair of stompeez along with the matching overnight bag for my child. I order the least popular style the dragon, since it is the only cute one for a boy child. I placed my order in the beginning of October. October 6th 2011. I still haven't recieved anything. However, I have recieved postcards, and emails alerting me that it is on backorder. That was in November 2011. Then I got another postcard saying that my order will arrive on December 2nd 2011. I still didnt' receive my order. I tried calling the company which the number is suppose to be a secret, and I can never get through because it disconnects. I can't even reach these people via email on their website! I think there are many people who have been scammed because they havent recieved anything. I am placed my order three months before Christmas and I still havent recieved anything. Anyone who has been a victim of the Stompeez scam should report them to the District Attorney office, consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau. "STOMPEEZ, DONT ADVTERTISE WHAT YOU DONT INTEND TO PROVIDE!!!!!!!! Three months waiting for a an order is criminal!

I ordered Stompeez on October 21 2011, received an email 2 days later saying they were on back order but received nothing else. Two weeks before Christmas I tried to email them but the emails kept getting sent back. They tried to call and talk to someone. Spoke to someone that does not speak english. Told them how unacceptable this was and she said she would take $10 off my account. Told her that didn't help any but go ahead and do it. Got the slippers December 21, 2011. They look really small. Looked at the bill and they charged me for my three slippers then charged $20 for shipping and handling then they but a discount of $10 on the bill but did not deduct it from the amount. So they charged me the full amount. Then tonight I got on our bank account to check and sure enough they charged us the full amount and then I see there is a pending charge to show up tomorrow for 6.95 for I don't know what. This company is a scam and who ever orders from them need to watch their bank accounts because who only know what other charges they are trying to sneak by. DON'T ORDER STOMPEEZ THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT!!!
