I ordered shoes from this website. The shoe prices were low, but the shipping fees were like $30. That was not the problem--it was that after I paid for the shoes online via their PayPal account--I never received the shoes or a refund. Their is no phone number to contact this company. Confirmation was sent via email from [email protected]. Most of it written in Chinese and broken conversational English. (see example below)

Hi my friend,we have to return your money if you do not want to pay 10$ more.It is X'mas shopping time,and the shipping fee is very high now.Hope you can understand. we are still friends thank you!

I have emailed them and their management numerous times, but I have not received a response.
