(WatchDog) - Britain's mining subgroup, Suyamarca, was filed under investigation for allegedly contracting hired guns in Peruvian soil pertaining to a tribe known as Casma Palla Palla.

Dating back on the 26th of September, an estimated 150 hooded captors arrived at the Casma Palla Palla property, located in the San Javier of Alpabamba near Ayacucho-Peru. Police reports indicate a series of houses eroded by vandals whom the tribes claims the mining company Suyamarca held accountable for the beatings, intimidation and death threats made on the Peruvian hamlet.

The tribe's President, Santos Sabino Calla Cayo, along with his people were sent to the Pauza Hospital were treated. The Suyamarca Mining corporation is reported to be a sub-member linked to the Quellopata Group, an entity reportedly to be owned by the British Mining Group Hoschild mining company located in London.

On September 27, Legal attorneys of the Casma Palla Palla group filed police reports on charges based on Usurping, Vandalism, Damaged property and Kidnapping.
