I ordered the Suze Orman's Fico Kit Platinum for $49.95. What isnt mentioned in her promotions is that you only get 2 of the 3 credit bureau reports. Experian has opted out of her program.
Next there was no where in her information when you have been written off as a bad debt what the next process is. How to contact them what was the account number. I know for a fact in past credit reports they had the acct number and address of the company, not any more.
Also she suggests to see a debt consolidator to help with your old debts.......duh I could of done that on my own. Didnt need her to tell me that and besides she gives a name of someone to contact.
When I complained and canceled my order the same day. Instead of giving me the full refund of 49.95 they gave me a refund of 16.69 they said it was for the one credit bureau I didnt have access to. Even though I got to glance at my two reports but didnt get them printed I no longer have access to the two I paid for so I just paid $33 for nothing. I should at least have access to the reports I did pay for. Never again seems like all tv things are rips offs in one way or another! even though I did get to get a glance at my other two reports
