I ordered 6 badges and wallets for my new agents. In Utah, there is a specific badge for Bail Enforcement with a design that we may not deviate from. I gave it to Peggy at SymbolAtrs and she said, with a smug, that she knew the design already and would not need the printed out design.I paid in full, left all my info and the design, with her and she promised that we would have them in hand by Christmas.


Christmas came and went, and so did new year's. After calling and visiting, I got an email stating that they would be in on the 14th of Jan. I went up to retrieve them, only to find something that looked as if it fell off a Lone Ranger action figure. The badges were down right WRONG. Wrong shape, colors, size.....everything. I even requested that they be permanently mounted and two of the only 3 badges they had in, ( I ordered 6) fell right out onto the floor! One was even bent!


They made no attempt at contact, assisting with the re-order process, or even owning up to the existence of the mistake.


We then tried for hours to rectify the situation only to be told that "everyone went to lunch" and "she's not in today" "just take them and leave". The run around got really bad over the next few days.


We were promised that the "account manager" would be calling on us before day's end Fri. We heard from him Wed afternoon. We expressed our dismay and intent to go elsewhere, only to have him hang up on us! WAY TO WORK THINGS OUT JERK!


We called the credit card place and had the payment disputed, left a message at SymbolArts to credit the account, and just had another person call us about this very same issue.


Today, I just heard from a second person that they did the very same thing to him AFTER our dealings took place.


This company either has a very incompetent staff, an agenda, or just really blows all around in the communication department.


I would NEVER do business with them again.
