I got a loan with Synergy Acceptance in October 2007 on a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu. Times got a little hard for me in 2009 and I had missed a couple of payments. When Synergy contacted me I told them to come on and pick up the vehicle. They did not come right away to pick up the vehicle. They had a tracking device on it and weeks later they had a reposession guy track the vehicle and pick it up. After they picked up the vehicle I continued to get bills from them about making payments or they would be forced to start other legal proceedings or even reposses the vehicle. I called them on different occasions at 866-494-1122 I began to get an answering service from another company stating that they had taken over the accounts for Synergy, but no one ever called me back when i left messages. I also called
415-645-6548 and this number is out of service. Recently I tried to go purchase a vehicle and have found that this company has put on my credit report that they repossed this vehicle May 2011. I have disputed this on my credit as well as tried to contact this company again and I am still not able to speak with anyone to resolve this issue. I have done some research o nthis company and I have come to find taht I am not the only person this has happened to. Something really needs to be done about this fraudulent company and all customers that have dealt with a similiar situation needs to be reimbursed for the issued that they have had in trying to clear their records and credit from this companies fraud activity.
