t mobile no coverage, poor customer service, scam company, Internet

I have had issues with his phone since I've purchased it. and signed the contract I originally had problems with the text messaging I could not send text messages when the phone was plugged in charging I called customer service and was told to not text while my phone was charging. the phone quick turn off and on by itself. I eventually move to a different city. the phone had absolutely no coverage at all. I once again spoke with customer service at t mobile they sent me to 3 different customer service reps. I was told dave boosted my network in my area so I should have coverage I never had coverage after that still. so I called customer service again they essentially told me that I would need a new phone after call of these problems. they are sure me the new phone with give me better recepti I received the new phone it did not help at all I couldn't use the phone at my business where I work m I contacted customer service again this evening told them I was having the same issue could only use my phone outdoors and that it was not work inside of my home I try to take the phone into is a local t mobile store only to find out dates are no longer there they now have won t mobile store in the state their accounts t mobile doesnt even attempt to try I love them so customer service tonight said they could send me a booster for my house which would give me better coverage and would also extend my contract another 6 months I don't k how I could dare extended another 6 months when I'm having issues with it now so in the end I am going to have to cancel my service payment 200 dollar fee because there are no other options in the customer service is not very good. fair warning just stay away from t mobile my daughter has straight talk and I think I will be switching
