T-MOBILE Charged Migration Fees of $450.00 when changing plan in REMORSE PERIOD Bellevue, Washington

I ordered 2 android phones from Wirefly, and agreed to a 2yr contract Family Plan 1000 minutes shared, and unlimited text on one line. In the 2 week buyer remorse period t-mobile came out with the unlimited data, talk, and text family plan for $49.99 per line on a family plan. Having seen the ad on tv I immediately called t-mobile to change my plan. I talked to one rep, and he told me he wasnt sure and transferred me to a second rep who made the change but FAILED to inform me that here were what tmobile calls migration fees. It was only when I received my 1st bill that I was made aware of these fees. I called tmobile to have them adjust my account since I was never advised of these fees. The agent LIED in his notes saying I was informed of the fees. I am now stuck over $450.00 of which I have paid $200.00 I have tried on numereous times to speak to anyone that is capable to reverse these excessive charges and no one listens. I have told them that I am on a budget and I cannot afford to pay all at once, or even the two payment plan. I wanted to pay $100 per billing cycle. Had I know that there were going to be the charges, I while in the buyers remorse period would have returned the phones to Wirefly, cancelled the 1000 minute plan, and signed up directly with tmobile and not have to pay any MIGRATION FEES. I did gradute 3rd grade. I repeat at no time did the t mobile rep inform me of these fees, HE LIED! HELP HELP
