Target RIPPOFF...FALSE INFORMATION ON RETURN ITEMS San Bernardino, California

BUYER BE WARE!!!!!! I purchased the modern war3 game for my son for christmas. It was one of the items he choose to open befor christms. The game did not work it skipped went to blanks spot, just did not work. I so i went out and purchase the game from game stop so he would have it for christmas. I returned to target with receipt and wad told that i could exchange irt. That was not a problem. went to echange for game at the same price and was told i could not get a different game. I told the store representive Paola, she advised me "that i shopuld had went on there web sight and read there return policy befor making the purchase". So I asked to speak with the manager Sonjia, stated to me that the info was on the back of the receipt. I advise her it was not, the only thing that it stated that it would be no cash refund, which i was not asking for. The Sonjia stated that it was pots in electronics, went there it was not post there either. She became upset and sz that if id did not like what she said to call there corporate office. So i stated dialing, i ask for the name o the people that i spoke to and rgey refused sz that it was company pokicy not to give out name. Thank goodness for another rep that was listening and gave there names to me. Called corporated spoke to a Shannon sz that all store are supose to have policy diplayed. I read to her what the signed posted said "most unopen items in new condition returned in 90 days will receive a refund or exchange". i was on the phone with corporated and they called security, i tried to avised that i was on line with corporated since no one wanted to give there name. The stsrted yekking at me telling me they were going to call the police and for me to leave there store. I advised them no problem, but i need my game back first. SO BUYERS BE WARE TARGET IS NOT NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF A FAMILY FREINDLY STORE, THEY RATER ROBB AND STEALL SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE THER MONTH LY QUOTA. tIMES ARE TOO HARD . MONEY IS NOT EASY TO COME BY. WE CAN NOT LET COMPAPIES LIKE THIS TO CONTINUE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US. OH, did i mention that i did a lot of my shopping at target and dropped the over 1000.00 and this is the service that i got. I will not forget this nor will i ever shop at Target again. And hope some of you guys will do the same.
