Telecontact Resource Services E-Contact Live Fooled, tricked, lied to, and swindled. Modesto, California

This company made promise after promise and never came through. My money was wasted and I might as well have thrown my money down a toilet. I paid $1,500 dollars to begin, and I was told that I could cancel with a 10 day notice or suspend my account at any time with no penalty. I was told that I would receive one pre-set appointment for every 80-100 phone calls made. I was told that the company was experts in my field (insurance) and would probably have a higher ratio of appointments per call. None of this was true. The first two weeks ($1,500) yielded me only a handful of appointments. I then 'paused/suspended' my account, as I was told I could do at any time. The account manager then told me that it was usual that the appointments were slow in the first week or so, and I should give it a couple more weeks. After several conversations he convinced me that I could make my $1,500 back by investing an additional $1,500 and perhaps even selling the appointments to co workers. I never agreed to continue with my campaign, and I gave written notice of cancellation. The company, having access directly to my bank account, ignored my cancellation and continued to collect funds from my bank account. When confronted, after several days of calls going unanswered, I was told that I had to abide by my agreement. I was confused as to exactly what was meant by this. 1. My account was paused/suspended so nobody should have been making calls on my behalf for several weeks during the periods for which I was charged.
2. Upon asking for a refund of money drafted from my account I was told that an accountant or attorney would be calling me (I never got the call) to resolve the issue.
3. No calls were made on my behalf for several weeks and this company continued to take money from my account
4. The account rep who I originally spoke with and who was in charge of my campaign is not answering my calls, and his phone number constantly changes. This is a bad company. Stay away if you don't want money stolen out of your bank account.
