Discount Quality Work! Disappointed in the work and the lack of professionalism. Had a stump ground out and tree trimmed. We were the last job of the day- Ryan dropped off a worker and left while the job was being complete. His worker texted while he worked and Ryan returned as the sun set and the tree trimming was being complete. I felt like they didnâ€™t trim high enough and only did the low lined limbs. Feedback was not taken seriously onsite and the next day I saw the tree in the daylight and was very disappointed. Compared to trees in the area that were recently trimmed there was a clear difference. I asked Ryan to come out and make it right but his response was lacking professionalism and ended with his decision it would cost him too much to come out again compared to the amount he agreed to charge for the trim. Not sure what business runs like this but as a business owner if fixing a problem cost me money, I would do it to save the relationship and possibility of future jobs/income.

I used Ryan Wirtz, Texas Tree Guy May 2011 and very disappointed. Mr. Wirtz told me he was a "Certified Arborist" and would be on sight during the tree trimming. He was not on sight. The men that came cut branches. Every cut was made improperly leaving stumps and deep cut marks on other limbs. I paid extra to remove the mistletoe and his crew did not remove any mistletoe. I haired another service and they sent out a Certified Arborist to clean up the mess Mr. Wirtz's crew left behind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they are doing and more expensive.
