Hi, For starters, I have recorded sessions, showing that the guy supervisor on The Boulevard Entertainment who talks more female who is on night shift supervisor has been yelling at the girls, I had signed up 6 girls to the site with and who recorded their sessions, and boy! The mental abuse that he shows is unreal. They were new girls and were suppose to go through training that never happened as seen on the contract when they signed. Now there has been female supervisors, that aren't as aggressive, but What i have recorded would just blow your mind. This company and all have policies and it is best that this gets shut down immediately. From the net, everywhere, I have been working to find the underage porn industries to shut them down, in this business its the mental abuse to me and to the girls the threats, and the lack of the girls being new, it would be great if they encouraged the girl and tell them what they are doing wrong but in this case, you can not mess up on his shift. No warnings sometimes, He needs, and the company needs to see that 4 of the girls that I had hired on to this company is seeking a professional counselor due to the threats, put downs, something needs to be done quick to help these girls, BADLY!! The abuse is really bad. The recordings will be sent to rip -off also to the law enforcement for mental abuse, threats, against nature remarks and so forth. We will continue to record these sessions through this supervisor, and make sure this will stop. Wanted to give you the chance to go through all this, and I will take it further also to fix this situation and to the labor board and others. If you have an issue also please post it so that I can follow up

I am currently an employee at TBE. I know EXACTLY which supervisor you are talking about. He is very abusive and rude. He hangs up in my face, yells at me, and I haven't ONCE gotten a rest or meal break in a month! They cheat me out of my money and I have yet to get paid for 80 hours although I'm working 8 hour shifts 5 days a week. They owe me money.. I want to chnge the way they are doin business or/and shut them down! I say class action LAWSUIT!

i have just read the above filed complaints...i too work for TBE...have been since august of 2010...ever since i have been employed by TBE i have experienced the exact same treatment as listed above...i am an educated woman...but i now live very rural... thanks to the career i have now retired from... i am now able to enjoy my life style in the country...so it is not practical for me to drive 60 miles one way to the city each day to maintain a little part time job...I ...CHOSE... TBE for one reason only..it suits MY needs...i know of this same male supervisor that works the night shift...i am told for nearly 9 years...he must be doing what the company expects or he would be gone...he has spoken to me in a very condescending manner... just rudeness on his part that was not called for...after several times of this i decided enough was enough...i then called and spoke to a few other people in management...which is not saying much...as they are probably about 20 years old if you average all their ages together...so how can you possibly get a mature insight to anything from such inexperience...and the turnover of employees is beyond ridiculous...however there is one woman who has been with the company about 20 years...she is a wonderful person as far as i have encountered...she is the one i finally confided in...she told me a little of her affiliation with TBE...and i see that she has a real connection to the company, as she started out with the owners so long ago...she is a person that uses reason to deal with the operators...and is courteous as well... even if you arent able to stay on because of low holding times...she DOES NOT berate you...only downside to this is she works the graveyard shift...which is not always condusive to everyones needs...however she was able to make somewhat of a difference and spoke to the above mentioned supervisor...he was apologetic ...for awhile...then the same thing started up again...so i changed shifts...that was good for awhile...then i found it necessary to go back to the swing shift...thank goodness this is just temporary...he is still that curt unsavory little...well to put it bluntly...little SNOT...it is true the the callers for the most part are complete and utter PIGS...and i have heard the reason that TBE gets most of the bottom of the barrel trash is because they offer cheap minute rates..and that on some of the call options they can even have a one minute call...just to check out the service...which is really an injustice to the operators...because the platform this company uses does NOT distinguish this from the other calls...so we are accountable for yet another short call which is completely out of our control...this was told to me by several of the callers themselves...it is true that the nature of the calls can border illegal...but for me...i remind myself that it is all ACTING...never in a million years would i entice the thought of anything these poor bastards get off on in my own reality...i have however on several occasion been able to detour several of these sickos ...others i just let babble away until they hang up...i know when i do this little stint on the phone i need to put my tough skin on...but that does not give anyone (supervisors) the right to demean me or any of the other operators...as really...with out US on the lines these people would NOT even have a job...it seems that the owner has stepped away considerably from what was once his baby so to speak...leaving it in the hands of mainly inept youngsters...many of which dont last more than a couple of months...they feel no commitment to any of the operators as they will NEVER meet us in person as we all work from our own homes...many of us are in other states than california where they are based out of in burbank...and when the shift is slow...the supervisors PANIC...its sales of course...so its all a numbers game...and when their shift is low...well...it comes back to them...in a big way...but really...that is the time they need to be a bit more psychology minded...it doesnt take a mental giant to know that if you are frustrated you dont begin yelling at or berating the people you want to get results from...this makes even the best of us become negative...and besides...there are just days when the lines and the callers are just awful...that has nothing to do with the operator...the person that has been made reference to above in the other post... is not the easiest to deal with...he has a HUGE..i mean HUGE attitude problem...and really does not seem to be the best candidate for a supervisional position...but it is what it is...i think that whomever the respondent to the initial emailer is...they may be someone of authority already at TBE that may have an effect on how the supervisors deal with the operators...i would encourage that person to please...see to it that things change...many of us operators have outlasted the supervisors...as well as many of the other staff at TBE...we do have a voice...we do have feelings...and we do need to be treated respectfully by our supervisors...some of them are just...shabby...and really would probably never make it at any other than their little position at TBE...as far as being paid...maybe this is an issue for others...i dont know...however...i have always been paid on time...the right amount...and through a company labeled check reflecting TBE's name and address...if ever i should encounter what some others are claiming...well...i will take care of it properly...too many civil suit attorneys in our family to let it go...lol...i still work for TBE...i still intend to work for TBE...it is a very easy way to pick up a few extra bucks...but for those operators that need to rely on this as their mainstream employment...i feel very sad for the treatment some of them do endure...i hope that something will come of the many complaints i have read across many sites on the internet about TBE...hey...when you have a business that grosses upwards of 6 million dollars a year...sometimes the entity becomes so big all the owner cares about is making more money...unfortunately at the expense of many hard working people that have boosted his business to such stature...get your hands back on your business...realize that your initial office staff needs revamping...and common knowledge of how to treat people...please...its too bad that there are so many complaints about TBE...well...i was writing this while on my shift...working with the aforementioned supervisor...lololol...and of course being that it is a morning shift...and not his regular one...swing shift...he is filling in for yet another GOOD supervisor that was let go...and he is not happy...he has come on the line very curt...as usual with him...soooo...as i will do now as i always do...i am working with my tough skin on...and as usual...i am taking it all with...a grain of salt...tomorrow is another day...and he doesnt phase me in the least...let HIM have the stress...
