I signed up for their Registered Agent service in 2008 and renewed in 2009. In July 2010, the Company Corporation sent a bill for $385. I wrote to them and told them to cancel my account and resign from being a registered agent since the corporation was no longer active. They never responded, so I sent them a second, and a third written notice to cancel. I phoned their agent who told me that the service "could not" be cancelled unless I submitted a new registered agent and that they would continue billing me. I told them to resign and terminate my account immediately. I continued to receive invoices, which I marked "Refused: Account Cancelled" and returned to sender. The most recent invoice, which I opened, now threatens to send me to collection unless I pay them $410.00. I never agreed to automatic billing and told them to cancel my account, which they refuse to do. Now that I have not paid them, they inform me that they will now cancel my account and submit my account to collection. They could not terminate the account before, but now they can? THE COMPANY CORPORATION IS A scam. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Listen: Take ACTION: Write every related governement agency having to do with this vast increase in people who think they can falsely create a service companty and then bill people for trumped sevices and threaten your financial security.

Write senitors.
Write congressmen
Write your state's Faud divisions.

It is time to put a end to these practices in the U.S.
We ALL need to FLOOD law makers and put and end to these
These people who ruin other's lives need to be penalized: They need to go to jail. GET STRONG..
TAKE ACTION..TODAY..IF WE ALL...THAT IS... ALL.. TO THIS..it will make a difference. Otherwise you will seee more and more of this as they act with impunity..and soon every legiatmate company will also be doing it and some do now..(COMCAST - DEX YELLOW PAGES, LOCAL GOVERNEMNT AGENCIES, ET AL)
