I am looking for people who have been damaged by The Dump, I have spoken with several attorneys interested in filing a class action but they would like to know how many people would be willing to participate. I currently have a small claims suit against the Dump and am told it is not too late to convert it to a class action - so if you purchased anything from the dump and were not given a written warranty, have been dealing with customer service and been denied the opportunity to discuss the defect with the manufacturer and want to pursue this matter email me and I will forward all responses to law firms to see if we can get an action started. email to .

I was harassed in to buying a protection plan from the dump thru guardsman they won't fix my furniture if you look on line you will find hundreds maybe thousands that the plan is ripping everyone off and not fixing no ones furniture just look online
