I play a virtual game called imvu. I love this game and i like buy credits at a reasonable price. I discovered this site that advertised they fast delivery no more then 24 hours. 2 weeks went by and still to this day no credits. They took my money so i reported them to paypal. I always assumed if you go through paypal you would be protected. NOT the CASE!! I eventually had to file a dispute with them as well since these crooks had been paid and i never received my virtual goods. I filed with the BBB and what the sent me was: This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 11/29/2011 9:28:38 AM, and assigned ID 8826021. Unfortunately, we are unable to pursue this complaint further because the business in question is located out of the country (China).
