| In my opinion, all Theodora I "Theo" Texeira wants is quick money. She does not care about the living conditions of her tenants. Theo is so shady that she charges more for apartments that she rents out as Section 8. I found out this information by speaking to another tenant. We have the SAME exact apartment but, the Section 8 tenant pays more. Theo is an absentee landlord that lives in Kissimmee, FL and a lot of time repairs and general maintenance like snow shovling go undone. The building I am talking about is in Boston, Mass. Theo has some really low-life tenants but, she does not care. The hallways are dirty, people hanging out at all hours of the night smoking pot and raggaeton or rap music. An issue I had was my cable being stolen. So many times I had issues with my cable and come to find out that an illegal line was going to different apartments. I let Theo know but it did not make any difference. She took forever to get repairs done but, God forbid her rent was late even by one day. I had so many rats and roaches in my apartment it was unsanitary. The tenant trash nobody bothered to take out kept piling up and attracted a lot of pest. Theo never bothered to fumigate or get the trash removed. Bottomline, I consider Theo a slumlord! I would NEVER rent from her. | To the above past tenant N, the reason for your roaches and rats was due to your own uncleanliness, you had about twelve cats and three hundred dogs. I, on the other hand had no problem with creatures since they had your dirty home to flock in. There was no music besides during the day at the appropriate hour yet, this shouldn't be a problem for you considering your hours of laundry were at 3am but maybe that was to drown out all that "reggaeton". The reason for the section 8 "low life" residents was so that you could come up with money for rent since you forgot to mention how much money you owed Theo. As for pot smoking could it have been that to drive every roommate you've ever had living there or was it that you didn't like to clean up after your animals. You were the worst tenant possible, you called the police about every day over an argument you had with a two year old, your car was parked out front filled with hopefully empty pizza boxes or maybe Theo should be held responsible for that too, and you brought your negative problems home with you being that, you had teenage girls writing graffiti on the door. That being said is the landlord the issue or the tenant considering if you ask any neighbors they'll say its improved since you've left. |
