I would like to inform the Forex trader community about My recent experience with them has been extremely poor, so I would like to warn everyone considering buying their indicators online. It was my mistake but I hope that you now have a way to get feedback on my experience with them. One major clue to you should be that there is no address or phone number for customer support to assist you or to discuss your billing issues.

I was sold on a great product which kept having to add more and more indicators because in their mind, I did not have enough of them. So, buy and buy and buy and they still needed other indicators to really give you better signals. So, $700 later, they are still telling me that I need other indicators. After that, I said this was not what I was sold and I wanted to cancell and get my money back. Well, after several emails, they finally said.. Too bad for you. You paid us on Pay Pal and we are protected by them... there will be no refund for you.

Pay Pal does not refund sales of software. So beware there as well.

I had a similar experience with this website. I bought their Mosaic indicator and was simply sent over the .ts file. They do not even have the tutorials or videos for the very indicator they sell you.

So, once you buy this expensive indicators you're on your own to figure them out. And as the user above says, all they have is the email address with poor to no response rate.

If you have some free money, go do some charity instead of throwing away your money to this website. The site is in a mess with fancy graphics. Do not let yourself fall into that.
